To lock in your elopement wedding date, a non-refundable booking fee is required. If plans change and you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to transfer your fee to the new date, but this will depend on availability and is at our discretion.
What’s Included (and Not)
We handle the big-picture planning and supplier recommendations, but there are some things we don’t cover. For example, legal paperwork, travel arrangements, and on-the-day coordination aren’t part of our package. If these are on your list, you’ll need to sort them out separately.
Payment Details
Payment for our Bespoke suppliers, and other services must go straight to them, not us and the Bespoke arrangement Fee £950 must be paid in total.
For packages we require a 50% deposit and an Agreed schedule of payments before you arrive in Ireland. Prices vary significantly with various selections but keep in mind that extras like travel fees, fluctuating currency exchange rates, or special menu upgrades are your responsibility.
Changing or Cancelling Venues and Suppliers
Life happens, and sometimes a venue or supplier might not work out. If this happens, we’ll suggest an alternative, but any extra costs for a new venue or service will be on you. We can’t guarantee the same vibe as the original, but we’ll make sure it’s something lovely.
Outdoor Ceremonies & Irish Weather
We all know the Irish weather likes to keep things interesting. Outdoor weddings are magical, but they’re also unpredictable. If you’re planning to be outside, consider a backup indoor venue just in case – this will be an extra cost, but worth the peace of mind.
Historic Venues & Ancient Ruins
Planning to tie the knot at an ancient ruin? Amazing choice! Just keep in mind these spots are public and might be closed for maintenance or other reasons. If that happens, we’ll work with you to find a replacement. Also, these venues are “enter at your own risk,” so be prepared for uneven ground and the quirks of old architecture.
Legal Paperwork & Registrar
Making your marriage official is your responsibility. You’ll need to register with the authorities at least three months before the big day. Don’t worry—it’s usually pretty straightforward, but double-check the deadlines and requirements to avoid any last-minute surprises. Our celebrants will guide you on what you need to do.
Our Role in the Process
We connect you with trusted venues and suppliers, but we can’t make guarantees about their work. Think of us as your guide—we’ll point you in the right direction, but the contracts you sign with them are between you and them.
Refund Policy & Cooling-Off Period
Changed your mind? No problem—you’ve got a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel. We’ll refund your booking fee, but an administration charge may apply. If the planning is already underway, we might not be able to refund everything, but we’ll be upfront about it.
What Happens if Something Goes Wrong (Force Majeure)
Sometimes things are out of everyone’s control—think extreme weather, natural disasters, or global pandemics. In these cases, we can’t be held responsible for delays or cancellations, but we’ll work with you to find solutions where possible.
Limitation of Responsibility
While we’ll do everything we can to help your day go smoothly, we’re not liable for any issues with venues or suppliers. We’re here to help, but their services are out of our control, and we can’t accept responsibility for things like unexpected costs or changes.
Indemnity Clause
By booking with us, you agree to take full responsibility for any claims or damages that arise. This means you’ll cover our back if anything goes wrong and reimburse us for any losses caused by actions outside our control.
The Legal Bits
This agreement is a complete overview of what you can expect when booking with us. Everything here is governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, depending on where your wedding takes place.
